AP 問題請教Pjiang老師和各位專家

7月初申請寄到NSC，有deliver confirmation sheet。 但是至今沒有收到Receipt。
想這周(17日前)遞交AP。讀了移民局發布的FAQ2，好像對於7月遞的沒有485的Receipt也
可以在17日前交舊的AP費用。不知該怎樣操作？是不是需要附上delivery的憑據？
