小白兔及各位高手我想自己為我孩子申請AP

小白兔及各位高手
我的律師7月2日寄出485申請表。現在還沒有收到485收據。當時沒有申請AP。因為律師要另收500美金。
現在我想自己為我孩子申請AP,請問，我是否需要提供我及孩子的材料？我孩子現在是H4身份，我們需要些什麽材料呢？
