I thank you so much with tears. Your reply conformts me lots.

The problem is that I signed the 2nd 140 form to indicate the true of the fact present in the 140 form. Will the VOs think that I cheat them and deny my 140 again?

In the 485 forms of mine and my family, sent off recently, I choosed YES to indicated that we have applied immigration petition and told them denied by NSC.
