XBT, Pjang and others, my mistake on I140 FORM, pls help

My 1ST 140 is in appeal, and I submited an new 140 a week ago. However, I just find that I made a big mistake in the form of 140 sent off a week ago.

In part 4 of item 6 in the form of 140 , it asks

Has any immigrant visa petition ever been filed by or on behalf of this person? NO YES

I should choose YES, and attach explainations. However, I choosed NO.

Maybe this is a big problem for my application again. Can I right now sent a letter to USCIS to correct this mistake? What should I do?
