I am the main applicant

& I left my previous company after my EB3 485 pending more than 180 days couple years ago. Now, I am looking for a job only because INS asked me to have 485 interview. Got two offers & wanna to take the local one, but it is now, small & not profitalbe. If I hold the offer from the small company, do you think the VO will give me GC right away? If not, what will he ask me to do? Or what documentation/action will he request? The salary for both of my offers are higher than what I have on labor certificate & exactly same job deion with labor certificate as well.

Could you advise me what's the chance for the VO to grand me GC with the small company's offer? Tks.
