To Teacher pjiang--need advice urgently. :-(

I have another job offer with a large well known corporation, but it is in another city. I would not want to take this offer unless I have to. Do you think what's the possibility the VO will grant my 485 petition upon interview if I hold the new, small, not profitable start up Bio Tech company offer? The job deion is exactly the same with what's on my labor certificate. The company has great potential, but just like the other start up Bio tech companies, it just burns $$ for the first several years, no revenue at all.

Pls kindly advise since I am really puzzled. On one hand, I don't want to seperate from my hu*****and unless I have to. But on another hand, I would want to make sure I get my green card without any trouble. Would you please afford some time to give me some advice in my situation? Should I go for the small company or take the offer from the big corporation which is in another city?
