誠心請教，TN可以申請綠卡嗎？

我和我老公都是加拿大公民，目前他是H1-B,我是TN。他公司要給他申請綠卡了，但是我聽說好像我的TN是不可以申請的，要轉成H4才行。可我不想失去我的工作，失去工作的權利。

請問：
1. 我可以和勞工一起申請綠卡嗎？勞工是主申請。
2. 如果不可以，那老公先申請著，以後再申請我，可以嗎？如果老公拿到了，我要再等多久哪？
