there are 3 options for us, and I decided to chose 1.

1). File I-485 ---Work until TN expired on 8/15/07 ---quit the job (H4) ---waiting for EAD
2). Renew TN --file I-485 --working under TN while waiting for EAD
3) Not file I-485 this time -- renew TN -- file I-485 when visa # is available
