使用AP會不會讓H1B無效啊？

H1B在境內申請的，說出境回來要stamp才行。

有人說使用AP會使H1B無效，直接進入AOS狀態。

有人說使用AP，H1B仍然有效，485被拒也有backup。

不知道這不同的說法和“H1B有沒有stamp”有沒有關係？
