急問大俠：我這樣的能申請H1B non-profit嗎？

我已經在兩年前用完OPT了，當時是engineering畢業。
統計Master畢業，剛找到一份工作。我的公司有十來個人，是美國３０多個血站的 Co-op， 供應著美國about ３０％ 的血製品 in the US， 我們公司協調各個血站和醫院的血漿供應，采購，運輸等，然後從中提取service fee。My boss told me that my firm is for-profit. 我的職位是data analyst。我在一個網上查prevailing wages，發現沒有data analyst 這個職位。如果按照Statistican算，我的工資太低；按照Statistical Assistant算，工資水平尚可。本人職責是血製品供需預測，用一些數學的Model預測。我的問題是：

１。 能不能申請Non-profit H1B?
２。 如果不能申請的話，我該是用statistician還是statistical assistant申請？Statistician 工資達不到，用statistical assistant我又怕移民局說不需要我這麽一個Master level的人來做。 請各位大俠出出主意。另外，公司對這一套一點不通。
