How long does it take for EB2 I-140 to be processed?

I filed my I-140 on July 12, 2007 to NSC and got the receopt on July 23, 2007.
Want to know normally how long does it take for it to be approved. Will they
processed my AP and EAD petitions (filed on July 24) before approval of I-140?
