140批準時間沒有定數,尤其是現在,如果不是加急的話,請做好

持久戰的準備.另外你的EAD是在你485收據之後3個月發給你.這是有法律承諾的.但是至於AP就沒準了.所以你應該在10月份以後收到你的EAD,但是AP就不一定了.
PS:EAD AND AP,隻要你遞交上去,在你140PENDING的時候,也會照常審理並批準,但是你的140要是被拒絕,就失效了.
