I485已交，Priority Date CarryOver還有意義嗎？

EB2 的 140 已批準。PD 是 2007年8月。I485已交。是基於EB2的。 EB3 的PD是2004年1月，140 還未申請。 請問有必要繼續申請EB3的140，再做派Priority Date CarryOver嗎？ 謝謝。
