about Co-file 485, Xiaobaitu and other Daxia, help please

I am preparing the NIW140 and could file before the end of July, but my lawyer did not suggest to co-file 485 because my case is not very strong. I have my family here and all the physical examination are ready. Do you think I should try file 485? If I do not need EAD and AP,what is the difference between file now or wait for 140 approved other than application fee? Thank you very much.
