回複：How to prioritize the 485 application in July

Thanks for all your response. My understanding is the receipt date also called filing date is a key date in the whole process of 485. If they have 100 cases with the same PD, how can they process it? They have to go by the receipt date of 485 file. So my question: will they open the packages of early July delivered cases or they have to wait till the end of August 17? Why they have to wait and open them together at the same time based on TX cat comments? It does not make any sense NOT open the early July cases now? If someone knows a little bit truth, details, not a guess, will help us lot. Feel so sad about the whole mess, but we will go through it together.
