XiaoBaiTu, I am applying for N-470 - any good attorney?

I will move to China to work for a US company's China branch. I will be under the China payroll and pay China TAX. Here are my questions:

1. I have lived in US for solid 365 days, and accumulated 2.5 years of residency since green card. Am I qualified for N-470 (Application to Preserve Residence for Naturalization Purposes)?

2. What the general approval rate for N-470.

3. Any good attorney to recommend?
