XiaoBaiTu, URGENT!!! Pls Help with my EB3 interview

My 485 has been pending for about two years. I resigned from my old job on 05/07 since I got an new offer. My EAD expires on early 06/07. Had sent the renew application about 120 days ago, however, still has not got the renewed EAD yet. Therefore, I am not allowed to work when I was ready to go for my new job on 06/07. Naturally, I lost my new job since the company can not wait for me forever. USCIS scheudled me an interview in 08/07 which is in a month. As of now, I don't have a job handy or an offer handy since it would be difficult to look for a job without work permit. XiaoBaiTu, what should I do in this case? Do I still have a chance or it will be denied for sure? Pls advise. Tks.
