您應該多了解一下常識

10月份開始，新的名額下來。如果VB一直是U，移民局一個申請也批不了，名額全會浪費。排期可能會一直在2007年7月份之前，但可能是U。

理論上，如果PD一直是current，那可能也會按照RD來處理，但我們都知道，這種可能性有多大。
