一種說法，沒有遞交485，就不算作移民傾向。僅供參考

一點是確定的，如果有明顯移民傾向，比如已經遞交了綠卡申請（到底是140還是485算作遞交綠卡申請，就見仁見智了），再申請延期I-20，OPT EAD，或F-1 visa，都會被拒。
