問題的繼續——I140，I485， and Q36

在遞交了140之後，Q36事實上變成了兩個問題。如果回答Yes，緊接著問 If yes, who? 如何回答？

這裏分H1B和H4兩種，分485之前和485之後兩種。具體如下：

1. 140之後，485之前
由於目前階段隻與H1B有關，與H4無關，並且是employer做的petition，似乎應該這樣回答：
H1B: Yes, (if yes, who?) Employer's name
H4: No.

2. 485之後
這個有點搞不懂。請高人指點。
H1B: Yes, (if yes, who?) Employer's name or what?
H4: same as H1B, or [Yes, (if yes, who?) H1b's name ?
