My hu*****and did more than three times.Two out of three, the policemen applied sth. onto his hands. It was still not good. Eventually, the US police department gave up, wrote a letter which states that my hu*****and's finger print is hard to collect due to his hands sweating. My hu*****and sent in his three finger print record along the letter. It is not a big deal, just need to go to police department more times. Before doing finger print, tell policeman your situation, they may apply sth. on your hand before get print. Good Luck!
