I did twice with different persons, and the second time did tell him the situation from first one, I think he did OK but still get rejected. I also try to call local police department, but they refused to do fingerprint related to immigration issue. Anyway, thanks a lot for your advice . I wiil try to write a letter to immigration officer to explain the situation to see what will happen next. They give me the deadline (beginning of next month)to police certificate. I really appericiate all the comments from you guys.
