485 黨員問題準備如實填了，但還有一個問題

就是一旦被拒，我還有多少時間合法留在美國收拾東西，變賣房產之類？我不願意就這個問題撒謊，但是如果485被拒第二天就必須離境，甚至還有可能被抓起來遣送的話，那我就會選擇填NO了。我不是一定要留在美國，但是這一輩子規規矩矩連張parking ticket 都沒吃過，可不想象個罪犯一樣被送回中國去。
