we got second FP and medical exam after 42M NC-pending. when I went to local office, they still told me our NC is still pending. But they also told me they already sent expedite request to FBI. i guess maybe they sent expedite request for you too and then sent your FP notice. It's possible the NC is clear and on the IO table but they haven't input into the DB.
