when this happen (inquired InfoPass ?) still wainting ?

I send email to US Attorey after responsed MTD, he said he requested CIS/FBI to adjudicate my case soon. Since the Judge have't ruled our case, we have to wait.

Just found out that in our court(MA) another MTD was denied and granted the relief, ordered CIS to get job done by next month. Since USCIS allocated ALL visa now, not sure what happen next. The trick is whether 'allocate' menas they actually already approved those cases BEFORE July 2, or they assigned visa to those pending cases, and will APPROVE those AFTER July 2.

Just of curiosity, what happen if now Judge order them to fulfill the duty BEFORE Oct 1, but now no visa available ? Could they save some visa for those cases under lawsuit ?
