My I485 is derivative I 485. it shows derivative in my I485 receipt in Sep 2005.
My I140 is NIW, they requested info, so I withdrew my I140 NIW in July 2007.
I called the INS, and they admitted they made a mistake.
But the only way to correct the mistake is I reopen the case, or refile.
What should I do?
