There isn't mistake from CIS,it's your mistake

因為你在I-485的part 2上選擇了a,而非b,那就意味著你必須有一個已經到了排期的I-140批準或是pending,如果沒有，100%應該拒你的485
如果你是想作為家屬，必須在I-485的part 2上選擇a,並同時attach the I-485 receipt of your spouse,你沒有，你說是你自己錯了還是CIS錯了？
現在沒有辦法reopen,因為是你表格和實際情況的出入，reopen通常適合補充新的證據的情況。現在隻能refile,原先的拒絕不會有大的影響
