被困加拿大！緊急求助！！！

我在美國是第四年工作簽證，3月底登陸加拿大並順利返回美國，用的是中國領事館簽發的新護照，裏麵沒有美國的Visa Stamp。但我6月份再去加拿大並在30天內準備開車回美國，在過美國邊境時被要求重新申請簽證才能回美國。我非常驚訝與沮喪，因為我有有效的I-94卡在H1B的Approval Notice上，按道理是可以回美國的，但。。。。

請各位大俠指點迷津！
