Help pls

Two I-140 cases in VSC-----EB1-EA and EB2-NIW. EB1-EA approved on January this while EB2-NIW pending. Last week, received a notice asking additional information on EB2-NIW. But surprisingly, only one page (the blue page) received without any further instruction on what kind of information/documents BCIS is requesting. My I-485 was filed based on pending EB2-NIW. Now I decide to file a return asking to transfer I-485 to the approved EB1-EA rather than EB2-NIW. Any suggestions. Thanks.
