My understanding:
PQ is just for the submission of 485, but the processing time is based on the RD of 485. That means if you already ted your 485, then that's your RD of 485. You can not change it even though you may have multiple ADs of 140. However, if you didn't your 485 yet, you can choose the earlier RD of your 140s (or LC) to your 485 once it become current.
