I understand your situation. However, there is no way to achieve that. USCIS/DOS only have two options: either accept or reject all applications in July. Otherwise, debates will become more serious (Not only pending 485ers and future 485ers after July, but those 485ers after July 2rd will complain that). Obviously, the best solution for them is to reject all those 485 received in July and give some money or other compensation to those 485ers in July. Personally, I strongly support this solution.
