請教各位關於H1B transfer時 similar job的問題

我的專業是accounting,畢業後一直在做international procurement (buyer),最近拿到Big Four的auditing的offer.我現在公司的移民律師說這兩種工作是完全不同的類別。可是我真得很想去做auditing。我打算把問題留給新公司的律師去處理。但是又怕律師說行，結果我去了，三個月以後，H1B transfer 被拒怎麽辦。新公司要求9月開始工作，所以不能等到transfer批準了以後再去。真頭疼啊。請問一下各位有沒有類似的經驗可以借鑒一下？多謝。
