用過AP以後，妻子還可以用H4在領事館申請簽證來美國嗎？

I-485 pending. 聽說用過AP以後，我的H1 status就沒有了．變成了parolee status. 那麽妻子還可以用H4在領事館申請簽證？還是直接在國內file I485 和我一起轉身份？　誰有過類似經驗嗎．　謝謝．
