The request of sponsor view was directly sent to my former employer, we don't know what did DOS exactly ask for about it. However I guess they probably ask about the project I worked in, the source of the grants, and the view of the former employee such as how do they think or if they like me to get the waiver and stay longer and so on. This is just my guess because my current university and my former lab boss did not receive anything. That is why I think the request was directly sent to the administration of my former employer. You or your former boss may try to contact your former administration shuch as the office or the person who issued you the IAP-66 forms.
