I hesitate to send my I-485 on 06/30 because …

I learnt that an Indian applicant got his I-485 returned due to “pd not current”. He posted his questions on www.immigrationvoice.org and mentioned that he previously applied I-485 but was returned due to “pd not current”.
However, he haven’t given the details about what was going on with his case.

Secondly, my friend mailed his I-485 on 05/31/07 for June 07 current date and he received his receipt and FP notice.

I suppose that at least several thousands of applicants will send their I-485 by 06/30. I don’t believe that USCIS will return all these applications due to “pd not current”.

However, is there any possibility that USCIS will return a selected set of those applications? Who knows.
