It will be ok if our pkg is received among the first 50,000 applicants. The annual quote is 140,000. By a simple calculation, our cases may be processed in 6 month - one year. If the pkg is returned due to "pd not current", the pkg may most likely be returned over one month. The opportunity may be lost.
