各位J1朋友，最近有收到INS的收據的嗎？

我2月7號收到DOS的推薦信，兩個月過去了，還沒有收到INS的收據，正常嗎？真著急呀！！！請各位J1朋友分享一下你們的情況吧，謝了先！
