My hu*****and got his INS letter 1~2 weeks after he got DOS recomandation letter. But it seems the most important thing is DOS letter, when we apply for H1B, they just ask for DOS recomandation letter. One of my freind is working as H1B for 3 years, and he never got INS letter till now, although he got DOS recomandation letter long time ago. so I personally regard as long as you got DOS recomandation letter means GEMINGSHENGLI. GOOD LUCK.
