can I ask company to sponsor my wife's GC?

I have been in a new company for half a year. The company decided to sponsor me to apply for GC due to my good performance. Does that mean that they sponsor both me and my wife or just me? Because it is still in early stage, I don't want to ask this question to them too early, so I want to ask the comments here. Also, if I do need to ask, when is the best time. PS: my company is a fortune 100 company. Thanks a lot for everyone who gives me feedback in advance.
