Your company will sponsor your I-140. At the time when you need to file I-485, you can just include your wife and other family members ( their I-485 based on your I-140). Your company's lawyer will know what to do.I assume you are holding H1-B now and your company pay for that. They should pay for your wife and other family members' H-4 if they need H-4. It is the best time to ask company about its policy of all these issues. A fortune 100 company may have lots of these good benefits for a foreign worker.The above answer is just pure wrong.
