confused. Just call TSC center about my case.

As the letter for my case indicats additional review needed. I tried to call TSC today, a nice lady picked the phone and told me that everything looks fine to my case, just wait for office to pick up for review the case. I was also told the security check is done and looks verything good and asked me to give them up to month and call back if I do not get decision for that. Too true to be believed, right?
