我的140是在五月份交的，現在pending。 H1B今年九月底到期。今天我問公司HR的人什麽時候辦H1B延期和提交485，她說要先等幾周看看140的情況。不明白為什麽要等啊？我到時候會不會有什麽麻煩或風險？這是她的原話：
