Please help me to make sure that the following questions in I485 are properly answered.

1. I485: Were you inspected by a US Immigration Officer?

Yes? (why yes)

2. Middle Name

N/A

3. G325: Citizenship/Nationality

P.R.China (or Chinese?)


4. I765: Current Immigration Status (Vistor, Student, etc)

H1B1 (for my wife, H4)

5 I765: Manner of Last Entry
For F-2 visa, should I put "Vistor" or sth. else?
