P.R.China (or Chinese?)
-- No "Chinese" here or elsewhere.

4. I765: Current Immigration Status (Vistor, Student, etc)
H1B1 (for my wife, H4)
-- Temporary Worker, or Visitor (Not H1 or H4 here)

5 I765: Manner of Last Entry
For F-2 visa, should I put "Vistor" or sth. else?
-- Visitor (Not F2 here)
