485 mailing address

My 140 was approved at the TSC. I know the 485 should be sent to NSC now. But someone said the 485 can still be sent to TSC if your 140 was processed over there.

My questions is:

If I send my 485 to TSC, any risk? or is it possible returned?

By the way, what is the 485 mailing address for TSC? Wish you could share your experiences with me. Thanks.
