求助，J-1,J-2申請綠卡，急！！！

我的朋友是J-2 身份，04 年4月她和先生通過律師申請綠卡，同年12月她先生回國工作，她和女兒留美等綠卡（140 pending status)，當時律師說不影響辦綠卡。現在的問題是，她先生需回美按指紋，在申請旅遊簽證時被拘簽，說他有移民傾向。請問大家，他們下一步該怎樣走？ 他們的女兒很聰明，剛上初中，孩子如果此時回中國，對學習和心理都會有影響，畢竟中文對她來說，太生疏了。一說到有可能送她回中國，孩子就很upset. 作為朋友，我真替他們著急，請大家出出主意吧，先謝了！！！
