Filed Eb1b and NIW 140 at the same time. Eb1b 140 approved and NIW 140 pending.

Question: 因NIW換工作限製少,很想先申請 NIW 485 (140 pending).萬一不批準再申請 EB1B 485 (140 已批準).這樣好嗎?

白兔大俠said many times that one can file two 485 as long as the A# is the same. But 問了幾個律師,都說不可.

白兔等大俠, can you please give more information? I really hope what you said is correct.


另,如果EB1B 與 NIW PD 同, 哪個的485會早批準?

再, NIW 140 一般多久可批準(at TSC)?
