Filed Eb1b and NIW 140 at the same time. Eb1b 140 approved and NIW 140 pending.

Question: 因NIW換工作限製少,很想先申請 NIW 485 (140 pending).萬一不批準再申請 EB1B 485 (140 已批準).這樣好嗎?
