Thank you. Another question, why she got a new EAD after she filed the 2nd i485. The lawyer told us she can continue work with the EAD. 2nd question how to calculate the overstay? from TN expired day or from the first i-485 deny or from 2nd i-485 deny? The lawyer said from 2nd i-485 denied date. That is why my wife planed to leave within the 180 day after the 2nd deny. Is there any suggest how we can do to rescue the case?
