RN i-485 refiling issue

My wife's last TN expired in June 21 last year. She ted GC application and got EAD, I-140 approved before the TN expired. The first i-485 denied due to visascreen. Lawyer filed i-485 again in last Oct. and got new EAD. The 2nd i-485 was denied due to visascreen. The lawyer filed i-485 3rd time and had not be accepted by USCIS due to no Schedule-A. Can she i-485 again in July? I was told she might already out of status since the TN expired last June. Anyone can help me?
